2024 Assessment

Woodlands of Grand Blanc members: $550

Woodfield Farms (returning members/new homeowners): $550

Woodfield Farms (previously opted out owners): $1050

Assessments are due May 1, 2024

Payments received after May 1, 2024 will be considered late.  

Late Fees of $25 per month will be applied on the 1st of every month until paid in full.

Invoices and Payments

We have moved to electronic invoicing and payments.

All invoices will be sent to the email address of record. If you dont provide an email address, we will mail you a paper invoice but keep in mind you will incur a $25 processing fee on top of your assessment.

We still accept checks if thats how you prefer to pay but we also now offer online payments. Online Payment will incur a Paypal fee.

Weekends

7:30am-9:30pm: Adult Swim*

 11:00am-9:00pm: Open Swim


Summer Hours

Everyday

7:30am-9:30am: Adult Swim*

11:00am-9:00pm: Open Swim

*No one under 16 years old allowed

Policies

Weather Policy

It is the policy of the Woodfield Farms RFA to close the pool during the following weather conditions: Ambient temperature below 70 degrees, rain, hail, lightning, during NWS Tornado Watches and Warnings, during NWS Severy Thunderstorm warnings, and during other unsafe weather conditions as determined by the Board of Directors. .

COVID-19 Policy

The RFA will comply with any government orders and regulations in regards to our operations. We reserve the right to limit our hours of operation and the number of people using the facilities at the same time.
