Woodlands of Grand Blanc members: $550

Woodfield Farms (returning members/new homeowners): $550

Woodfield Farms (previously opted out owners): $1050

Assessments are due May 1, 2025

Payments received after May 15, 2025 will be considered late.  

Late Fees of $25 per month will be applied on the 1st of every month until paid in full.

Invoices and Payments

We have moved to electronic invoicing and payments.

All invoices will be sent to the email address of record. If you dont provide an email address, we will mail you a paper invoice but keep in mind you will incur a $25 processing fee on top of your assessment.

We still accept checks if thats how you prefer to pay but we also now offer online payments. Online Payment will incur a Paypal fee.

If your amount is available, make multiple payments that add up to the amount you owe. Ex. If you owe $600, make a $550 payment and a $50 payment.

3:00pm-8:00pm: Open Swim

Weekends

7:30am-9:30pm: Adult Swim*

 11:00am-9:00pm: Open Swim

Summer Hours

Everyday

7:30am-9:30am: Adult Swim*

11:00am-9:00pm: Open Swim

*No one under 16 years old allowed
